Worship is loving God with all of our being. It's thanking God for all that He's given us with all that He has given to us: our minds, our bodies, our voices, our eyes, our ears, our hands, our hearts, our gifts, our talents and our resources.

The best place to start in worship or prayer is with adoration. It is when we are praising God and lifting up His name that we begin to see Him as He really is:

Take a few moments to speak or sing words of worship to the Lord. 

Use your mind, your voice, lift your hands or kneel on the ground before Him. 

Lift Him up with all of your heart, mind and strength and give God the praise of which He alone is worthy!
